Primary Education creates the base of a student because in this period the students begin to construct view of their own and learn to see the world. At this stage, if they learn and begin to see dreams about themselves only then they can prosper to be someone worthy. Unfortunately, the students in our country mostly in the rural areas do not get to learn to see dreams because of their illiterate or half literate parents lacking in real value of education and the teachers not having the professionalism grown in themselves. As a result, the higher rate of the dropouts became inevitable. The unprofessionalism in the impartment of the lessons neither makes the students enjoy the lessons nor make them to develop proper view of themselves and create a self-image in their own consciousness, thus resulting in students without dreamy eyes. All the created consequences resulting in students not having a prosperous future, they cannot learn to dream confidently rather they find it a luxury. Having lower economic background is not their fault neither is their inherited sin that they should repent for it. So, these helpless students need to be motivated to learn the way of dreaming. The situation makes me sad and I feel the urge deep inside my heart to do something for them so that they can have a better life. To bring this feel into an action, I have started the program entitled “Stepping towards Dreamy Land”. In this program I visit to different underprivileged primary schools to motivate their students. I am aware that I cannot change every single student who are listening to me but there will be many who will be inspired to dream and work for their dreams with proper dedication. With the help of these program, gradually I will visit different primary schools one after another to motivate the young students and inspire them. In this way, they will learn the value of education and then realize the importance of dreaming in their life and these students will be among those who will create not only a prosperous Bangladesh but also a prosperous world in the future.
"I want to make a peaceful world through Education. As Bangladesh has one of the largest primary school systems in the world, now I am working here to reduce the high dropout rates of primary level which is more than 5 lacs every year."
